Children and Youth

We are thankful the Lord has blessed us with a church full of children! We are committed to their spiritual nurture and growth, and we long to see them grow into men and women who love Christ and His church.

  • We are glad to have children join us in our worship on Sunday mornings, and we also offer a nursery for infants and toddlers during Sunday services.

  • Our Sunday School program on Sunday mornings at 11:15 a.m. is designed to teach our children and teens about the Bible and how to apply it to our lives. We see this as an important way to help parents in their daily work of teaching their children the truth of God’s Word.

  • On Wednesday evenings during the school year, our youth group meets at 6:30 p.m. at the church for a time of games, fellowship, Bible study, and small groups. We see this as a valuable way of helping our teenagers grow in their love for the church and each other. Our associate pastor, Justin Rosser, leads our youth group, along with adult volunteers from the church.

  • On Wednesday evenings during the summer, we organize catechism classes for our children, while adults meet for a Bible study class. (This comes after a fellowship meal at 6:00 p.m.) These classes usually involve singing, crafts, and other fun ways for kids to grow in their understanding of the catechism and what it teaches about God’s Word.
